DESIGN TO COST. Dealing with markets where the inflation affects the consumer on a daily basis demands collaboration on the creation of ranges that deliver the right product at a reasonable cost. this is a collective design work developed with development and marketing managing the restrictions imposed by the allocations and production costs. The creation of the local range 3SL, 3 Stripe Life, was a victory achieved with the support of the global team.
