Thesis proposal for the program of Design Systems at the Hallie Ford School of Graduate Studies, PNCA. In response to the growing issue of mental health in companies and organizations, SHAME is a counter culture exercise that enables individuality and designs a future that enables personal and collective growth. Aligning concepts from Dialectic Behavioral Therapy and Radical Acceptance to Systems Architecture and Problem Solving and finding a Solution to adapt the industry for the new generations arriving in the market.
Throughout the development of the theory support, SHAME is also structuring itself as a nonprofit to that offers Design Thinking and Problem Solving support in order to provide sustainable growth based on human values and in response to world and market needs.
